PA56 Chip
PA56 Chip
PA56 chips are long-chain polyamide materials formed by the polycondensation of bio-based pentamethylenediamine and adipic acid. They combine the excellent mechanical performance of conventional nylon with distinctive bio-based comfort characteristics for textile and advanced material applications.

Processing Recommendations
Material pre-treatment: The product is supplied in moisture-proof packaging and should be used promptly after opening. Dehumidifying and drying opened material before use is required for stable injection molding and product quality. Drying temperature ≤110°C and time ≤5 hours.
Barrel temperature: Set the optimal injection-molding temperature between 270°C and 295°C. Avoid over-temperature processing to prevent thermal degradation of the bio-based polyamide resin.
Mold temperature: Maintain the mold temperature between 60°C and 90°C, preferably toward the higher end. A low mold temperature can reduce resin flow and cause surface defects, high shrinkage or brittle fracture.
